Sizing of GO TO Pant is more generous than other Dovetail Workwear styles. If you are on the smaller side of your typical size, we recommend you size down.

  • 9.7 oz midweight stretch canvas
  • 98% cotton, 2% Spandex

You got 'em dirty, now get 'em clean.

  • Turn inside out.
  • Wash cold.
  • Hang dry. If you must tumble, tumble low to damp dry.

We get it's tempting to wash those dirty pants in hot water and tumble dry the hell out of them. But like any high-quality tool, this one will last longer with TLC. Heat messes with our special stretch sauces and secret weatherizing potions. And it can shrink, warp, and otherwise damage the fine fabrics that make Dovetail Workwear sturdy, comfortable, and tough on the job. So for a long life, wash cold, and hang dry or tumble low. The planet will thank you too.

Fewer pockets but still a great pant.

I liked the price point on these pants and was interested in the lighter weight canvas. These did not disappoint! Note that there are fewer pockets than some of the other styles, and they do lack the beautifully large thigh pockets that I have grown to love in the Maven X pants. I would still recommend them, but if you need extra pocket power, you may want to check out the Maven X.

Perfect Pants

I am thrilled that Dovetail is offering a slightly more affordable option, but they didn’t skimp on quality. They are lightweight but keep out windchill and are moderately waterproof. Every pocket is in the perfect position! I am very hard on work clothes but these are holding up nicely. Such great pants! They did run large so I have to wear a belt.

Perfect for a brewery!

These pants are so comfy and fit super well. They aren't super stretchy, but have just enough stretch to be really easy to move in!

Wish I was taller...

Hi,

I love these pants. The only drawback is they're super long. I ordered the shortest inseam but they actually seem longer. Either way, It'd be great to see more pants in shorter inseam length for us short people with big butts.

Fabulous pants

I just wore my GO TO pants for the first time yesterday. They’re so comfortable - the perfect thickness, amount of stretch, and length. I love that the pockets are a reasonable size so that I can actually use them and not worry about my stuff falling out.
